At SUPER S.T.A.R.S, I serve as the Head of Behavioral Sciences, where I have the privilege of overseeing care plans for individuals across a wide range of ages and levels of need. I specialize in behavior management strategies, discrete trial training (DTT), and verbal behavior programs designed to build communication, independence, and confidence in our clients.

Over the years, I’ve gained experience both in the public school system as a special education teacher and in private, in-home therapy settings. These opportunities have allowed me to understand the importance of individualized, family-centered approaches rooted in evidence-based practices. I take pride in mentoring teams and collaborating with families to ensure that each child receives not only high-quality support but also genuine compassion and respect.
