Clinical Director
Dr. Alexis Pavlov is a Doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) and a Licensed Psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities. With advanced training in both psychology and applied behavior analysis, Dr. Pavlov works with children, adolescents, and families from diagnosis through intervention to build supports that focus on the strengths, needs, and goals of the family system. Dr. Pavlov’s specialties include autism assessment, treatment of complex behavior, and crisis prevention training in healthcare settings.
In their role as Clinical Director at SUPER S.T.A.R.S, Dr. Pavlov provides clinical leadership, supervision, and program development while maintaining a strong focus on ethical practice and quality care. She is known for creating a supportive, respectful environment and for developing individualized treatment approaches that promote lasting, meaningful change. She is especially passionate about advocacy and expanding access to quality care for autistic individuals.Dr. Pavlov strives to create an environment where individuals, families, and providers feel supported and empowered.
Dr. Pavlov received her doctorate in Educational Psychology from Oklahoma State University and completed her doctoral internship and post-doctoral residency at Marcus Autism Center (MAC) in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining the team at SUPER S.T.A.R.S, Dr. Pavlov was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine and a Psychologist in the Complex Behavior Support Program at MAC. Dr. Pavlov lives in Atlanta where she enjoys cooking at home, watching documentaries, and spending time with her two French Bulldogs, Lincoln and Potato.
