About Joboa Brown

My favorite thing about working at Super S.T.A.R.S Child and Development Center is The Collaborative and Peacefu environment that thev provide to the clients and staff The best part of therapy for me is the ability to make an impact in all theses kiddo’s lives, and see the growth in them. I chose this profession because I am passionate about working with children and supporting their growth through evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I am especially motivated by the opportunity to help children build meaningful communication social, and daily living skills in ways that are individualized to their needs.

In the future, I hope to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and eventually advance into a Clinical Director role. My goal is to not only provide high-quality, ethical, and effective ABA services to the children and families I work with, but also to take on a leadership role where I can help train and support new RBTs entering the field. I am passionate about building strong clinical teams and helping others grow in their understanding and application of ABA so that we can provide the best possible care and outcomes for the kiddos we serve.

A fun fact about me is my entire immediate family are LEO’s and my parents were born two minutes apart.
